What even is coaching?
Coaching is a series of guided conversations where you be asked challenging and thought provoking questions. Why can I help?
My name is Nadine Ekiya Abeng, I am a Life purpose coach. I help professional women in their 40s find their life purpose and move from confusion to clarity.

The reason I can help you is because I have been on a journey of transformation. I used to think that my clarity, purpose and fulfilment was on the other side of achieving my life goals.
When I realised, early in my 40s, that I'd met all my goals but I'd still not found happiness and fulfilment I felt cheated. I became disillusioned with life and wondered what the point of it all was.
Eventually, I took back my control: with coaching I cut though my emotional confusion and finally found my life purpose. I gained real clarity and a constant source of inner peace and joy.

How does the coaching work?
We'll meet online. In each session we'll discuss and evaluate aspects of your life and set some goals to create powerful transformations.
I use Zoom so you can join from wherever you are.
All you’ll need is a smart device or a laptop with a good Wi-Fi signal.
My approach
First and foremost, I am a wife and mother of 3 beautiful young girls. I am also a fully accredited life coach, hypnotherapist, author and successful education professional with more than 20 years experience in senior leadership.

During my own transformation and still to this day, I juggle the demands of motherhood, career and all the trappings of life while also evolving as a spiritual being. I know it is far easier to reconnect to your life purpose by opting out of modern life and living in a monastery. I considered that too!
However, I understand deeply and share your commitment to the demands of daily family life. Therefore my approach takes that into account. If like me, you have a busy life, I will help you carve the time and space you need to dedicate to your own spiritual growth.
I will be understanding when life gets in the way of your planned actions in a given week and I will help you re-evaluate your intentions with a focus on enjoying the moment whilst also getting things done.
